On the way to the wedding

We experienced a 7-hour drive to get our friend’s children’s wedding in Temecula, Calif. We left Friday afternoon and drove to Riverside to slumber for the night. Saturday morning we took a walk even though the temps have been in the 60s. It felt amazing. We stayed downtown in a lodge we typically stayed at for CIF (California Interscholastic Federation, the governing physique for California large college athletics) for our son and daughter’s championship high school swim fulfills. It felt nostalgic. Memories surfaced about the several hours put in in the lodge in between prelims and finals. Our daughter would just take ice baths just after her early morning swims and place her legs up against the wall whilst laying on her again. This was her way to get better and put together for finals.

We have been craving a breakfast burrito — possibly for the reason that that was the staple breakfast at swim fulfills during Southern California — geared up by the internet hosting swim crew.
