Jennylyn Mercado stepped up to defend fellow solitary mothers just after a netizen tweeted a distasteful remark belittling women like them.

The actress took to Twitter yesterday, Aug. 31, to remind single mothers that they are sturdy and potent, and that they need to dismiss this kind of detrimental responses.

“To all the one moms out there, Never let opinions like this get to you. Obtaining a child early does not make you a lot less of a girl. In reality it is the reverse. Remaining a single mum or dad manufactured us stronger than at any time,” Mercado reported.

Her tweet arrived with a screenshot of the mentioned netizen’s comment, which read through, “Respeto naman sa mga babaeng inanakan lang (Give some respect to the women who just bought knocked up)!”

Kaya generally maintain your head up superior.

“Mahirap maging nanay at tatay ng ating (mga) anak pero kinakaya natin (It is really hard getting both a mom and a father to our youngsters, but we even now control),” Mercado pressured.

“Kaya (So) generally keep your head up large. We are far more powerful than they think we are,” she added in the adhering to tweet.

Mercado also emphasised that she feels so sorry for these who belittle single moms, noting that they have obtained all the criticisms yet they are still listed here “raising our kid(s) the finest we can.”

“Whatever you say, You can and will never provide a strong female down,” she pressured.

And for people men and women na minamaliit pa rin kami hanggang ngayon, I sense so sorry for you.

Lahat ng mga kritisismo sa pagkatao namin nasabi na samin, and yet listed here we are. Elevating our kid(s) the ideal we can. Regardless of what you say, You can and will hardly ever convey a solid girl down.

Mercado’s enthusiasts and fellow Twitter customers confirmed their appreciation for the actress’ sentiments and likewise defended one mothers.

Fellow actress Chynna Ortaleza, in the meantime, lauded Mercado for getting a solitary mom and echoed the latter’s sentiments.

“Whoa! So intended yan (that is intended) to crack down [strong-willed] one mother and father? Go Jen!” Ortaleza tweeted. “Hindi madali maging one mother or father at lalong hindi madali na maging maayos sa mga tao na ang may hurt or misunderstanding just before. E Ikaw.. kinaya mo lahat yan. So APIR!”
